Webroot is compatible with with the Mac OS above 10.7.
It is always advised to upgrade whenever possible as an outdated system is a security risk.
Also very important to always check system requirements before purchasing anything.

There is no way that Webroot missed 328 viruses on your system and if you paid to have those removed we advise requesting a refund immediately.
