I apologize for the issues you are experiencing.
Webroot is offered to you as a free promotion from Best Buy and I would definitely advise giving us a shot. We are currently the lightest AV on the market.
You could also give it to a family member or friend if they need to protect their devices.

It is generally advisable to write a review, when you are aware of the capabilities of the software.
This is the same across the board.
You have to install Webroot immediately when you receive it as a promotion via Best Buy.
