Called geek squad and they couldn't do anything. Had to take laptop back to store for someone to do very little (pretty sure they do this 100's of times a month) and then it was good to go.

I apologize for the issue you are experiencing.
Webroot is currently the lightest AV on the market so it should have no adverse effects on system performance, and should not effect wifi connections at all.

It doesn't clean up all the malware. And it cost me $40.00 extra. I paid close to $1,000 for the laptop and they should have added the software with the setup.
