Had computer functioning problems. After purchasing the one year Webtoot security and having the computer serviced I had the same computer malfunctioning issues as before. I have not yet followed up so maybe the issue will eventually be resolved.

I received this disc when I purchased the iPad Air and the two year protection plan for $250.00. When I tried to install it on my 2 year old MAC it was not compatible and will not work on my computer.

This would not load on my tablet properly. It was more trouble than it was worth. I did get it loaded on my cell phone but wasn't impressed by it, so I uninstalled it. I like McAfee better in terms of navigation and ease of use.

I bought a laptop for my mom and was told that this program was included free with the purchase. I didn't want it at all. I have always used AVG and don't have any issues with the program. I really wish that Best Buy wouldn't "include" programs like this. I feel that if I want to buy it, I should have that option. Since I didn't install the program, I keep getting nagging emails reminding me to install the program. Again, if I had wanted the program, I would've bought it. While it's nice that they offer this, for people that aren't too tech savvy, there are better truly free options out there, not just trials or 1-year free things.

for a security system, Web Root does not seem effective. We have tried on other computers at home. Seem to have more problems once on computer than before. Constantly cycling on computer so had to take off. Not happy with it.

Added to computer purchase at no additional cost, have always been skeptical about virus software due to easy manipulation into hard drive. Did not end up installing software.

A best buy salesperson told me that I would need to install this on my surface 2 because it is a windows product. Only one problem it won't install on my surface because there isn't an app for that. Another reason to hate the windows store

This security was included when I purchase my new all-in-one. I have used Webroot in the past and was not impressed then. I replaced the protection on my old computer with this product and installed my current internet security on the new one.

I'm giving this product 1 star only because we have not used it. It can with my daughter's laptop that didn't have a disc drive. Therefore I know nothing about how it works.

I dont know why best buy changed the subscription from 12 months to 6 months for all the antivirus products. I am a big fan of webroot. The interface is clunky and old school. Nothing special about this anti virus program.

I have downloaded it on my laptop and it doesn't allow youtube to play fully without stopping to reload like it did when I did not have Webroot.. I never really know if it is running that can be a good thing or bad. I think I might uninstall it.

Used McAfee for years but uses to much memory to run. Webroot is decent but prefer the new and improved Norton Internet Security and has higher detection rates than Webroot. From lab tests Bitdefender and Norton are supposed to be the best.

Downloaded this "security software" on my computer which was recommended by Best Buy. Now my computer is redirected to a fake Dell site. I had contacted Dell about issues my computer was having after taking it to the Geek Squad. I later found out after several calls to Dell that they had no record of me calling in for service. The number I had obtained were not numbers found on their real website. After researching webroot, had observed articles about several scams where affected webroot software had redirected customers to scam websites/ Now my brand new computer is totally ruined and I have no recourse. Thanks Best Buy for recommending this product!

I received this for free when I bought my laptop but my laptop malfunctioned so I unfortunately don't really know too much about it becuz when I returned my laptop and got a replacement I was unable to get another copy

Computers need to have only ONE anti-virus or Internet protection program installed at a time. If you have already purchased Norton 360 (or any of the other excellent Norton products), this free product will not work, or if it does, it will stop Norton from working. No one needs this. Everyone's new computer comes pre-installed with some kind of trial protection software. Everyone's Cable Company offers a free protection product for all their computers. All national brands are better than this product. Why risk your computer on an unknown brand, and then get stuck with it for years and years until the company no longer exists and you have no support?

sorry I bought it wish I had my other one also paid for webroot for 1 yr keep losing it have to keep calling geek squad getting tired of calling as of now I have Norton for my security

I installed it but with it's limitations, uninstalled. I have a good security system through my internet provider. Claims it will move files but will not move apps. Decided to buy a pc mover which also moved apps.

This product was not explained to me by the sales person. I was told it was only a free six months trial. It was not explained that it had three licenses. I will know more when it is time to renew the license.

I don't know how good or bad this product is, I got it for free when I purchased a phone, I wanted to installed it on my Mac but the geek squad didn't recommend it

I have more problems now with the internet staying online. I never know when it will suddenly stop and 'deal' with a 'problem'. I could be off-line for hours. No control any more since taking PC to Best Buy to be repaired.
