not great anti virus

It was sort of pushed on me when i had brought my computer into the outlet to have it serviced. I have since uninstalled it and have gone back to my usual anti virus software which is Avast. As a matter of fact the sales rep. that i dealt with was not even familiar with it. Odd, as there are ~ 300,000,000 people word wide that use the Avast anti virus software. p

There is a code you need to use when you set it up and the instructions are incorrect. It took me awhile but I figured it out. I wouldn't recommend it because of that. I am getting used to it though and by the time the one year gratis period is up I will know more about this product. Until then, caveat emptor.

Webroot is an all around security program that offers full protection. Bugs are not malicious and are generally issues on the computer or with a program. Webroot will protect from malware but will not stop popups unless they are malicious.

It made problems in my system-I had to remove it.

Worked over 4 hours with the sender and we could not fix the problem. I finally got it to the geek squad--removed it and we put in a proper anti-virus program with not problems now. I definitely would not EVER use that program again, or recommend same.

Even companies like Spotify that offer a free music streaming service to users have been guilty of serving their own Customer's Malware in their third-party advertisements.
