I just don't think this is a viable option in the anti spyware world. There are not a lot of great options either way, but a free CD from best buy when you buy a computer doesn't seem like the best option. Why are they giving this away for free with every computer purchase? Doesn't seem like a good thing to me.

The software is already uninstalled and in the trash. After my PC crashed two twa I brought it to work and it was repaired. Allegedly the web root was never even installed. I want my money back at once. I would have given negative stars if it were a choice.

When I go to install it they give me 3 months free but want me to pay for 12 months of services that is good on 3 computers. When I bought my computer they told me it was free bit it really is not. The reviews I read then were not so great so I would pass on this one.

Awkward and difficult to use

I wish I could have opted out and gotten a credit for not taking it. I find it difficult to use, it frequently asks for my password, and although it has a option the save passwords and form filling info, it just doesn't automatically do it. I'm going to go back to Bit Defender.

When I tried to log into my Citrix website, it's getting blocked even though I checked off that it was a safe site. I had no choice but to uninstall the program as I could not log into Citrix.
