Windows 10 is not a secure operating system without an antivirus solution and we advise installing some form of Antivirus on it.

Posted .This is not intended behavior. If you open Webroot, click My Account, click Activate a new keycode and copy/paste your current keycode into the field, the issue should be resolved. Keep in mind also that the "Free" Antivirus that you are more than likely referring to may not be as completely free as you originally thought:

It has some nice features but it doesn't do everything that I wanted to do. It notified me of a Potential Threat and then the Norton Antivirus software is what found the virus that would have locked me out of my computer. Not impressed and not renewing.

Software Scans were negative and rescanned multiple times. Some people loves this, but I thought old AVG was just as good. Have spent hundreds of dollars for system clean up (3 times). Very expensive for such a headache.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My dads girlfriend purchased a computer package about 2 and a half years ago and I was with her when she bought the package, this came with it and when I set up her computer and installed this I was amazed of how well it worked on her computer and this was with Windows 8 and since it was available for 3 devices for 6 months I asked her if I could install it on my computer as well which had Windows 7 Home Premium and it was a Lenovo which was also bought from Best Buy and I found it worked well for me to, so after 6 months was up, I started purchasing the year subscriptions, I bought one in November of 2013, then in December 2014 and then I bought another one in September to install on my laptop in a few weeks, but by far this has been the best for the last 2 and a half years and will continue purchasing for all of my laptops in the years to come
