I spoke with several family members/friends who are into computer technology about it because I had never heard of it. No one had anything good to say. Went with another well known web security product. I would have rather not been forced to take.

Posted .If I may start by mentioning our WIN Cloud http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php as all the work is done on there and not your PC also WSA only uses 3 to 6MB of RAM and up to 6 MB's on the Hard Drive for the Client and this is the future, it's here now! How can the other conventional AV's keep up with almost 500,000 new Malware everyday and over 142 million Malware in 2014 alone? Furthermore, Webroot has free Support as long as you have a subscription. Where as most other AV's don't have this!

It caused a trojan virus on my new computer.

Dell computer services, had to redo my computer and rebuild my files. WEb Root does not protect against Trojan viruses just malware. Not sure what I am suppose to do with this PC security Webroot I brought from best buy.....
