We offer Webroot as a free promotion through Best Buy to acclimate customers to our software. Normally you would have to pay for a license. Was there a specific issue that you have experienced to warrant the low review?

There are free programs out there definitely, however, sometimes, you get what you pay for. We are confident that you will see such value in this solution and the security and peace of mind that it provides that you won’t think twice about the cost. Or think of it another way, it costs less than a cup of coffee or tea each day to keep your computer safe and you are still able to use it while surfing online!

I followed instructions and still it's not installed on my iPad how it should be. I've also had this before and it didn't work on my phone. I would have someone maybe help try to install it. It may just be me but I followed directions and still not installed on my iPad

Webroot only has one popup on your computer and that does not occur everyday. If you are seeing an issue such as this it is likely that you have installed Potentially Unwanted Applications that are causing these. If you reach out to Geek Squad they can take a look at this for you and get it resolved.

Never installed and got spammed daily to install it. Email has no unsubscribe option and I called geek squad to have it removed. Very bad experience that I know could have been avoided.

It had to be disabled in order to have Outlook work more properly. Although even Outlook and the entire Mac for Office software has not been comparable and not working properly. Pointless purchase. Store will not return software. Wasted money.

Shortly after installation, the computer would not open internet and other problems followed. Failure with this purchase was a bummer and a huge problem.
