I am not happy that I can not add WebRoot time to what I already have. I already had more than 365 days on my computer and the time started on my new purchase and could not use it. I don't have another computer and don't want to give it away. I am not happy at all.

PC became overwhelmed with virus.malware etc.Paid an online Company to again clean up my PC.Root could dectect no problems,while other programs showed much infection,some of which dated back prior to work by Geek Squad.Get with it fellows.

There is no need to install with a CD. We offer download links for scenarios such as this. Best Buy can also install this on your system for you if you ask them to.

I'm taking it to the Geek Squad tomorrow, March 16th to see if they can fix it. This was the security program pushed by Best Buy and the Geek Squad member.

zero defense power against hackers

I have experienced a string of attacks by hackers after I installed web root. It did nothing, absolutely nothing to protect my laptop. My device crushed and I lost all the software I installed. The monetary losses put aside, I lost a lot of valuable files.

The product does not work with an iPad other than being a browser. After several hours and attempts to install, i took it to the geek squad. I was told by the geek sqaud the browser was all this product would provide me.

installing Webroot on your Computer should not cause your System to start any slower. It could be caused due to other Processes in your Startup causing the boot sequence to take longer.

It was offered to me for free for a service done at bestbuy. I had them uninstall and they had to reformat my hard drive because of this program.

When receiving the product from Best Buy you must install it immediately. The product begins counting down days when it is activated in store as stated on the front of the box. We advise installing it immediately so you receive the full amount of time for your product.
