It is useless without the key code. Going to have to take it back to the store and hopefully get another one.

I went in with a problem with reading photo chip. The geek said it worked sometimes. It had a guarantee that was running out and they tried to send me home without fixing it.

You are correct that we do offer our services through a Subscription service (typically automatic-renewal for most customers), which is the standard for all Security Vendors today that are not offering a Free Product. Webroot is faster and lighter than Norton and it does not detect based on Md5s like traditional AVs such as Norton. We also outperform them in most tests, We advise doing some research into new cloud based products and how they differ than traditional Antivirus products.

Computer check up with previous security revealed numerous things that should not be, not serious security issues but too many minor issues that should not have been there, believe Webroot will be overall more efficient in monitoring computer.
