AND if you read your EULA (which no one does) If you get a virus, they are not responsible for the clean up or for anything for that matter.

Webroot is currently the lightest antivirus available(including free products) and we advise using a paid for product as most free products will do nothing for you once you get infected. We offer free support for all of our products.

Norton is already installed into my computer and am comfortable working Norton. I previously used Norton and am most comfortable using it because of my positive past experience.

Geek Squad sole me a computer contract that included the virus program. My computer still will not get on the internet. Why do I need a virus program?

Also, Webroot does protect your system even when offline (I understand there are substantially less threats while offline)!

The code on the back of this says to peel the sticker off... 1 it will not peel off and 2 the code that is on the back when entered in it says it Is not valid.

The program sends reminders of nonsense all the time… have never had such a problem… never again… going back to Norton!

Webroot should not send reminders frequently. It sends a notification in your system tray when you turn on your computer and then occasionally an email in regards to your subscription status or personal security report. Can you please email me at [email protected] with screenshots of the notifications you are seeing?

Had to bring my laptop to the store and have it cleaned up and remove all those maleware. So what was the point in buying it when it didn't catch any of those.
