Thank you for writing this review for us. We would advise doing some research into the differences between Webroot and Norton. We scan much faster, have excellent support which is free, and do not take up your hard drive with unnecessary definition space.

If you purchased Webroot from Best Buy it is valid for a full year. If you received it for free with the purchase of another product, it is valid for 6 months. This is a promotion offered through Best Buy.

Apple was incorrect in their statement that you did not need an antivirus solution and we advise addressing that with them. There is now malware specifically targeting the Mac system and you should always have protection on it.
