Webroot will not remove your passwords on your system unless you have selected it to clean all of your browsers and remove the passwords. This is not done by default. We advise reaching out to Geek Squad to assist you with this.

Posted .Hey debralea - Thank you for your feedback. This issue has been resolved for some time.
It was due to how LoJack opens a browser silently to perform its authentication, and the Identity Shield was blocking it from communicating back from the browser which would normally only occurs if malware is stealing user data, but in this case, it is of course was legitimate.
