Posted .Webroot is fully compatible to run alongside Windows Defender. Windows Defender is designed by Microsoft to turn off when another AntiVirus solution is detected, this is controlled by Microsoft and not Webroot.
If you would like to enable Windows Defender after you have installed Webroot SecureAnywhere, you can. We have a utility that will hide Webroot's presence from the Windows Action Center, allowing Windows Defender to run alongside Webroot.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process this request because our records indicate that you were enrolled in a subscription based service, through Best Buy Enterprise Customer Care (ECC). They can be reached at 1-800-433-5778. These subscriptions are activated at the counter, and begin on the purchase date.
