You can change the scan options by clicking the gear icon next to "PC Security" and then click on Custom Scan. This allows you to scan what you would like to scan, the entire computer, or a specific directory.

Webroot is designed to be as non-intrusive as possible. You should not be receiving any messages from Webroot unless your computer is infected. If it is you simply click "Agree" to remove the infection and that is all that needs to be done.
