Got this with my laptop purchase and I must say the install, scans, and overall options are just great. It's simplicity is remarkable. Scans are quick and tend to find any bad things within my system.

I got this product with my new computer and decided to try it out. So far it has worked great. Not intrusive like other ones such as Norton and Mcafee that I've used in the past. Even went without for awhile because of how much overhead those two took. This one I don't even notice it being there.

I absolutely love this product and highly recommend it to others. I am able to protect all my electronic internet products and I trust what it is doing. Plus being able to be protected for three years is a real plus.

This software is pretty good for protecting your PC. The verification process can be difficult if you can not recall your security PIN.

Hard to comment on security software - necessary evil in today's world. Works well, easy to setup and no viruses - knock on wood.....

Bought this when my computer started acting up, service was what i was looking for and courteous and issues were solved. The tech that helped me was very knowledgeable. My only concern, not really a complaint was that when I arrived, the desk was empty of customers and it was made plain to me that if I had no appt. I would not be seen. Thank God i did have one as I had to drive over 60 miles to get there and if I had not known this, I would not have been served

The staff at geek squad and the web root are really great at helping resolve issues if they arise on my laptop and the software also helps prevent new virus

I have used WebRoot in the past and it is a good product. You can have this automatically renewed for your computer once installed. Any questions or problems you can speak to a person. They are very helpful.

Webroot is new to me. I have used Norton or McAfee in the past. So far webroot has protected my computer fine with no problems.

Since Geek Squad uses this when PC's are brought to them with problems, I decided to head the problems off with it. Love it, no problems since installed, takes care of its own updates.

My computers came with Norton 30day antivirus which caused problems once it expires. I had Norton removed from my computers and installed webroot. I haven't had any interference of my programs with webroot.

The product came in with a purchase of a new laptop. Installation and set up were easy and without any problems. Works without issues and does not use a lot of system resources. A software.One of the best.

I installed this on my PC at home and so far it seems to be working but I think it is a little too soon to know for sure.

I like this product more than the Norton Anti-Virus software that I previously had installed on my other laptop and netbook. This software alerts me whenever I download anything that has a threat.

I got the software for free to my new notebook. The installation was easy and without issues. In the beginning everything was fine, but after a certain time I got issues with Firefox. For some pages I needed to clear my java cache all day long. I tried to figure out how to solve the issue without success. After deinstallation Firefox worked without issues. This is just my personal experience.

I had to get rid of all the other bad security software on my computers so I could install this. And it is great. My computer even runs quicker with WebRoot. I used it on all 3 of our computers.
