I have only used it a few weeks so far, but it seems to be protecting my computer just fine. At this point, I do not know the cost of renewal.

Only suggestion for Webroot would be to include a graph or count on number of viruses/trojans etc. that have been eliminated.

A very convenient IS software...

It runs very smoothly and scans media fast. The threat definitions are kept and updated in the cloud so there is no lengthy and time consuming definition update process. Installation process and the UI are both friendly. Overall, a very convenient IS software.

I REALLY CAN'T TELL FOR SURE SINCE I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IF IT HAS PROTECTED MY COMPUTER-AS IT IS SUPPOSE TO DO OR NOT. I DO KNOW THAT I HAVE HAD ANY KNOWN PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPUTER.
