A salesman suggested this because he said that for ex. Norton takes up a lot of space and this provides good protection but does not take up a lot of space so it does not slow down the computer like Norton Internet security does

So far this has kept my computer safe and sound. Other than that, can't really tell you much. I do like it much better than Norton. Not as much hassle to start up.

Name it horrible install the set up is the worst thing I have ever seen tech support has been extremely bad worst experience ever I should've known better than to purchase anything more than a dvd there

The only issue we had was the sticker ripped apart off the back. We were not able to get eh code off to install. We had to call into Geeksquad which took quite a while to get through. But they were excellent help once we did.

Webroot came highly recommended to me from my real estate business associates and was reinforced by the Best Buy Geek Squad service representatives. It is critical for maintaining security and the privacy of all my clients.

I don't stray to too many sites, that being said I have not had an virus issue. Of bigger result to me, it hasn't slowed my system down.

And what's nice about this one is Best Buy provides it for free. Of course they want you to subscribe to their product after six months but the price is reasonable. Internet security is a must this one gets the job done.

I have had several different anti virus programs in the past. I can only say great things about this so far. it is easy to install, a lot faster than any other in the past and it does a great job keeping my computer safe.

I completely forgot to install this on my computer, however, I did like that it came with my computer. I had a choice between others, but selected this one. I am not to sure how good of a product it is as I never got a chance to use it.

The installation took only few minutes and it remains in the background all the time unless a threat is detected. Scanning the laptop for issues is also quick and takes only a few minutes. All in all love this.

Not bad when getting it for free with my new computer. Seems to be a decent protection product for my new PC. Thanks Best Buy!

not familar with product and not sure if it is good or bad software i have not had any problems with computer so far but it is still new as well.

Got it free with purchase, cant beat that except im a computer tech and i dont use it.

I have never had a problem with Webroot. Dependable security for your computer, always have had good luck using this product

Very simple and basic, runs in the background, doesn't take up too much memory...does the job. what more could you want?

Best Buy bundles this product with the Mac. IT IS NOT NEEDED!! First, the new Macs do not have an optical drive so you'll either need to buy an external drive to install it or pay the Geek Squad to do it. Then when you go home and try to use other programs you'll find out that this program interferes. After a call to AppleCare I was told that this program is unnecessary for Macs and it needed to be UNINSTALLED. Don't waste your money.

I purchased webroot when I got my laptop. I have used the security on my pc for over a year now and compared to other products, I felt this was the best for the price. It is definetly work it's price.

I liked the price and you can load it on three devices. I like how it doesn't take up too much memory like other anti-virus software. I also was impressed with the reviews from the sales rep and other best buy customers.

Price a bit high, you can get some free services online. I did not realize it was purchased until after the fact. Otherwise it works fine

I haven't opened it yet but I have high hopes!! It came with the computer ao as long as it doesnt crash the computer I can't complain...
