Im not too familiar with the product because technology isnt a big part in my life. But this product works great for me.

I am still in my free-trial stage; however, the software seems to be great. My new computer came loaded with a six-month trial subscription to Norton which I removed. The constant emails from Norton are very annoying.

This software was used to replace trend micro protection which bogged down my computer and caused many issues of conflict with the operating system. I have been very pleased with the speed and efficiency of webroot.

The software protects my desktop pc and my Ipad. I used the free trial and recently purchased a year additional.

Have had McAfee and other virus protection before and it always seemed to slow down my computer whenever there was a scan or update or whatever! This seems to do the job without me even noticing it! Love that!

The sales person was very knowledgeable about computers and spy ware. To bad she wasn't as knowledgeable about what was in stock.

I got 6 months of free protection with the purchase of my laptop. Great bargain and I can't complain about that.

I haven't had much time to use this product, but it installed fairly easy.

I have used Norton 360 and McAfee, this product runs about the same as the others, I was told that it doesn't use as much computer space as the popular brands... Not really happy with the way my computer runs. Why can't these anti virus companies make a product that will let your computer have the security and still work in a faster (fastest)mode? I'm not sure if I would recommend this product to a friend yet.

Webroot customer service has been great. We have had a couple issues with our new laptop that were corrected within a short period of time. Just renewed the product again. Thank you.

doesn't find all spam email and put it in junk email folder. Hope it's working but it doesn't bother me, so that's wonderful.

I bought the Microsoft Surfacebook and this program came with it for free, and I think it's a good bundle.

I had a devil of a time getting this loaded onto my tablet because within the past year I had previously used Webroot on my laptop. After everything was loaded I ended up having to change passwords on both the downloads. Also the second Webroot system that I purchased for my tablet is only for 6 months not a year. So far it seems to work okay for a security system.

I was pleased with the price and that I could install it onto more than one computer.

Only gave 4 stars because it came with a new computer purchase and I've never used it, no need for it..

I don't know much about anti virus software but It was going to do the job aaand thays all that mattered.

not bad, a little clunky, I prefer norton anti virus more, it was nice that best buy gave it out for free.

I like this computer virus scan because it protects your computer from ID theft, it also cleans your registry, cleans your cookies, empties your trash. and constantly monitors your internet content.
