I came to the store and they installed a new program. I would have liked to have the old stuff removed and I continued to receive notices that the old one was expiring

I've been using it for a couple weeks now, and I'm thrilled by how little effort I need to put forth to maintain it. I set up the details, password protection, etc...it is like a dream, especially after using a common and really junk-filled internet security program on another pc (that came with my internet service provider). My new laptop came loaded with another resource hog, and there was a significant difference in system speed after I uninstalled the junk and installed this one. Only wish I had been told the subscription started from the date of my laptop purchase (not from date of install). I wouldn't have hesitated so much to give it a try. Seems like this would be especially beneficial for older pcs with less RAM since it doesn't hog resources the way some internet security programs do.
