However, it does not keep viruses or spyware out very well, which is...well, the whole point! It does allow you to load the software onto 3 devices, but as I said, it's not very effective. After 4 months of owning it, I had 31 viruses and 2 Trojan horses on my brand new laptop.

Who was it that told you that you had 31 viruses on your computer? Did you pay to have these removed? This is likely a scam and we advise pursuing a refund. Webroot works well and offers free support for all of our products.
