It put malware on my new computer and thankfully the computer had virus software that identified it quickly. Just clumsy software and not user friendly.

However, this product would give me CONSTANT complications. I was contacting the Geek Squad tech support multiple times per week and we could never figure out the issue. This program would cause video streaming on YouTube to be impossible, and it gave me complications when I tried downloading other programs (ex. Google Chrome). We would uninstall, and re install Webroot all the time and it never seemed to work. So finally we uninstalled it for good, and I haven't had a problem sense. Disappointed I now have wasted money on this product and still have over 160+ days left but it's not worth the constant headache.
