I've never used it before, so I'm not familiar, but have had no issue yet. It runs in the background and doesn't make its presence known, which is what we like. So far, so good.

Have more computers up and running than should however they all need security! These folks gave 212% support to us installing service,they stayed on line with us for hours until the job was complete...did it with professionalism, knowledge and pleasantly! Ok so far

The code that came on the box to download did not work. Luckily, Best Buy sent me an email a few days later with the code to remind me to download the program. It worked instantly. It scans quickly. The only downside I see so far is that it requires internet connectivity for full protection.

I have had limited use with the internet security software because my computer was already installed with another manufacturer's product. Otherwise I would have used it on my computer.

Internet threat protection at a good price

This was one of many reasons I questioned making swith to Apple but I did it anyway. This software is also compatible with PC if I need it. Also it doesn't seem to slow down the computer like some other commercially available anti virus programs that cost just as much or more than this one.
