easy step up and i know that my computer is safe with this software

My iMac had been compromised by some sort of malware or adware, and even though I had the pop-up block option selected, I was getting flooded with pop-ups on every site I visited, and if I had Javascript enabled I kept getting messages that my computer had been infected by a virus and to call a mac support phone number to get help with it. Of course I did not do that, but I did take my Mac to the Geek Squad to get the issue rectified. I made a morning appointment to drop off the computer, took it in and was called up within 5 minutes of my appointment time to speak with the Geek Squad representative. He did a quick check on the machine, commented that my virus protection program could be causing some of the issues, and said that they could take care of it. He quoted me a period of 48-72 hours to get the issue rectified. I received a call as well as an email later that day informing me that my computer was ready to be picked up. All the issues were rectified, the old virus protection was removed, and WebRoot had been installed. The computer response is now faster than it was when I took it in. Bottom line, I was extremely pleased both with the services performed as well as the time it took for the repair. I will be taking my wife's PC as well as my laptop in for a "tune-up"

Installed on new (2-week old) computer but have already seen several notifications that let me know it is working. Great relief after experience with McAfee (on computer when purchased), which crashed new computer when it was doing first update. I'm impressed with Webroot because I spend so much time online and love not being worried about security issues.

The Geek Squad helped me with my PC/laptop problem very quickly. I purchased Tech Support (3 yr. plan) and I am satisfied. Easy to use, fixes my common problems in an instant. Installed on my desktop and my laptop. We travel and now I feel like a support system is right there with me.

I bought the three year, three PC option to cover three very different computers. My 3 year Norton license was about to expire and I was a little tired of Norton antivirus acting too much like a benign but annoying virus with popup adds and slow speeds. My desktop PC is relatively new and Norton was okay on it but it was really slowing down my 8? year old laptop. I also have a netbook for motorcycle trips that needed protection (Too many PCs, not to mention 4 or 5 at work) I was pleasantly amazed that Webroot installed on all three machines with absolutely no problems. My one an only issue was that it took a long time for WindowsXP to uninstall Norton from the old laptop. Maybe it was because Webroot found a virus on it and ate it! The laptop is no speed demon but its much more useable. Best of all, I have not seen a single popup ad from Webroot.

I installed this program on my computers and the install was very easy and quick. It has taken very small space and does not seem to slow the computers when running. I have not seen any down side I can write about. I am happy with this program

I have this on several computers. Came with the laptop free from the store. Works in the back ground. Never seen it do a scan like other internet security suites, but I've also never seen a virus or had a computer act up, so it must work.

With Gary Gnu. No seriously, I have used this product on several of my macbook pros and on several of our PC's. No issues with viruses and or whatever. That a good thing and i assume that it is because this product works great. Plus it does not interfere with your performance while using the PC or macbook pro. Its constantly on without any hiccups.

This software came with my purchase of a MacBook Pro retina 13. I had a physical CD which was odd at first since my Mac doesn't have a cd drive, but I received an email after my purchase with the download link and key code. The software runs quietly in the background and rarely bothers you. It is easy to check and runs scans quickly. Would recommend!

This is a good internet security product, but I think there are better options out there. The price is right (free with the purchase of my new laptop), but I prefer to stick with my current comprehensive internet security suite software.

Good product for the price and protection of possible viruses

Easy to install and does not slow down my PC. Much better than the free AVG i was using. Got it free with my computer purchase but might consider paying for it once my one year is up. Like the fact that i can put it on multiple devices.

This software came with my laptop purchase and can be installed on 3 devices. I installed on my other 2 computers. Installation is easy and straight forward. It works good and does not take up much of the system resources. Nice product.
