Reporting descriptions are clear and concise. The Best Buy "Geek Squad" salesman was professional in every aspect of product capability and data base knowledge when comparing other manufacturers.

It works great with my new computer that came without a CD/DVD drive. The only thing I don't like is that it not compatible with my older version of Mac.
