Really easy to use. Very simple design but offers a wide array of features. Some people can receive it free with a computer purchase. If you don't have a dvd writer, you can install it from their website with the product key inside.

We got this for when we purchase our new computer. Very simple set up & quick scanning process. My wife was the first to get webroot product for her laptop and she found it so easy and fast. I would recommend this to others.

Webroot seems comparable to Norton utilities which is what I was using before. The tech said it would not slow down my computer as much as Norton, and that seems to be true.

I'm only giving this 4 stars as it's the first time I've used this product and haven't had but 6 weeks of time with it. But it was easy to set up and was running within minutes so it should be a good program. Time will tell.

Received this with my desktop purchase. Webroot is Easy to install and user friendly. It will perform scheduled checks and notify the user of all threats or potential threats and remove them too. Like all virus protection, it does its job but may not protect against everything. Definitely a must have security measure for your PCs.

I have been using Webroot for the last 7 years and only had 3 viruses removed in that time frame. I recently purchased a new computer and that was the very first accessory I went for. It is very easy to customize your settings and it updates automatically and gives you the best protection, even better than the more famous brands.

I asked for the best program for protection, and the technicion chose this one, (Webroot Secure Anywhere). The customer service was very good, I appreciate it when I'm allowed to ask questions without being an annoyance. Thanks

I have been a Mcafee anti virus user for many years, and recently I had to take my desktop into best buy for repair and I purchased the Webroot internet security software, I love the product it is easy for me to use and keep undated and I can use it on all 3 of our computers and laptops. I am very happy with this product, Bye Bye Mcafee!!!

This security protection was easy to install/setup/use. It isn't the name brands I am used to buying but it seems like a viable alternative to Norton/McAfee for the price. It is also nice that it can be used on multiple devices.

Not that macs need anti virus but this is good to have just in case your unit does need to be cleaned. I just purchased a new mac book pro 3 months ago ththrough hest buy and have hahad no need for this product yet but have seen a lot of posposive feedback about. It's good to know if I do need it it's on my mac and can clean the system

it was easy to install and I have not had any problems since I installed it. I couldn't figure out if I could download from internet instead of hooking up a portable disk player, since most don't have an attached anymore

I have always used McAfee for security on my computers so when the sales rep recommended Webroot I said I'll try it and I'm glad I did. It runs in the back ground and so far I have not had any problems. Very easy to install.

Doesn't bog down my computer and appears as though it is working well. I am getting a few pop ups related to the program that bother me but I haven't figured out if there is a way to eliminate those yet. Overall good.
