I like that this is cloud based so that updates are constantly happening and my computer doesn't get slowed down by updates that you have to remember to initiate once a week with other programs. Also very fast virus scans!

It is so easy to install and seems to do a good job protecting my computer. I haven't had any problems with this program. It alerts me if I have any type of attack.

It is so nice not to have to purchase expensive software to protect my laptop. Best Buy mission is to protect the products that their customers purchase. I appreciate that about the company. I haven't used it very long since I just got my new laptop but so far so good.

Called tech support, they never responded. Called again the next night only to have them tell me I needed to go through Geek Squad. Called them, couldn't download program (malware), she told me to bring tower into store and they would load at no charge. I called store prior to bringing in tower. He said they would load for no charge. Went to store.... 2 days prior to Christmas it was a mad house, and was told NO they can't load because of MALWARE which I we knew from the Geek tech! It was a huge waste of my time.
