I bought WEbroot at the store. Took it home to load. Spent quite a few hours trying to load it. Called tech support, they never responded. Called again the next night only to have them tell me I needed to go through Geek Squad. Called them, couldn't download program (malware), she told me to bring tower into store and they would load at no charge. I called store prior to bringing in tower. He said they would load for no charge. Went to store.... 2 days prior to Christmas it was a mad house, and was told NO they can't load because of MALWARE which I we knew from the Geek tech! It was a huge waste of my time.

This came with our Geek squad protection plan and it was nice it had three installs for a variety of devices. I think most name brand antivirus programs are going to get the job done. No issues with installation

I'm not using this anti-virus software. Kaspersky came with my PC so the tech that setup my PC said I didn't need to use Webroot. So I can't give an accurate rating, but I had to give something so I gave it a 4.

This antivirus helped me restore my wife's laptop that was infested by virus. As soon as I installed it, it scanned and took out all the viruses without destroying our files. The scan speed is great. I love it.

I got this software for a laptop I bought at Bestbuy. It came free with the laptop so it is definitely worth the cost. It would seem to work, but I'm still going to probably use Microsoft Security Essentials eventually.

This was "free" software that my Best Buy salesperson was very anxious for me to install when I bought above Windows 10 laptop in August. Apart from initial conflict with "trial" McAfee stuff already installed, I've been running Webroot, after uninstalling anoying McAfee stuff. I guess it's ok on virus protection, however my sense is that it does impair laptop speed. Not quite sure how to measure it, but seems more sluggish with it, than w/o it, but that may be the case for most a/v programs. Still it doesn't exactly feel like best-of-breed protection software, more like Best Buy "houseware.".

This webroot security is a must when buying a new laptop. We started using our newly purchased 2-in-1 laptop and immediately my son had problems with pop ups and downloads that he didn't want. We then had webroot security installed and everything is perfect for him accessing the internet and using his new laptop.

I would have given this a 3.5 but not available. Seems as if the scans find threats that do not appear to be threats due to the origin of the threat. Seems as if I just quarantine the threats and they reappear

I love that it can be applied to 3 systems not just the one. It is pretty extensive and doesn't get in the way of any other programs you want to install. Overall a good product. Very easy to install as well.

I had Malwarebytes Anti-malware. After months an attack got thru that. I added Webroot based on BestBuy recommendation. Have been clean since then, the little dialogue box for Malwarebytes does not show anyone pinging my computer and the amount of junk email I get has dropped off. I would highly recommend it.

Best Buy recommended this for use with the Gateway SX Desktop system I purchased. This is faster, uses less CPU, memory and disc space than the Security suite provided by my ISP, AND catches problems it missed.

very efficient thus far. This is the second time purchasing webroot, and with our luck with computers crashing every 2 years, we seem to be going strong! Fingers crossed. nothing seems to be 100%, but webroot is doing a very good job. Also, very user friendly, as my level of computer knowledge is not at an "A" level.

I find that the Webroot Secure Anywhere Internet Security (3-Device) antivirus software to be very reliable and light on system's resources so it wont slow down your PC at start up or during updates and scans.

I haven't had any problems so far after using it for a month. After all, it works in the background and the only time you notice it is if you have a problem. For the money, it's comparable to any product I've seen.

Got a new laptop that needed to be protected. All my other computers are already protected with this program, so I knew how well it worked. Loaded it up on the new laptop, and know I will not have to worry!

I have used it for one year on my laptop and now again for another year when i bought my daughter her laptop for college. When I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1, I had no problems with the upgrading. Also I do not get a lot annoying advertising popups like i get with McAfee and AVG for product upgrades.

I had been using Mcafee for a year & the service was unsatisfactory. The price was about $30 in difference but the firewall wouldn't stay on. My computer began running very slow & eventually would not come on. I took my laptop to Geek Squad & they rock!! The recommended WEBROOT & it is outstanding! Thank u!

Easy to install, liked the multi device options. amount of spam wear and unnecessary nagware was order of magnitude less than macafee. Have not suffered any infections since installing this product 4 months ago.

Webroot was recommended to me by my Best Buy salesperson when I bought my Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and I am so grateful. Having this internet security protection against hackers or a virus gives me peace of mind, which is a great feeling! And it is great that I can take advantage of installing it on two more devices!
