Comes up and protects the computer immediately unlike prior virus protection software we were using. The verdict is still out if this is the greatest thing out there, but it seems to be meeting my needs.

The webroot came with my macbook pro and i was glad. Went to college and there security software would not work on my macbook pro. So had the disk put it in and my macbook pro has been secured since.

I love Dell so it was a no brainer on which computer I should buy. Its fast and I can do everything that needs to be done. Only problem I have is sometimes the wireless keyboard and mouse disconnects from the computer and I'll have to restart and switch USB slots. Everything else is excellent

I have always believed in a security system for any computer. The WebRoot Secure Anywhere continually gives an update every time you turn the computer on; any alerts to not opening any window while you are on line. Especially helpful when one is traveling and using sites that one is not sure of.

I like this product, I used to use the free version of AVG. I don't know that I will continue to use it after my year is up. I don't like paying for things repeatedly, should be good for the life of the item on which you installed it.

Came free for 6 months with my laptop purchase. So far, so good and, at this point after 2 weeks, I have had no issues (that I know of). Did not slow down computer either. So far, I would recommend it.

I have used webroot for years and have always had awesome luck with it. I had a used laptop that ran really slow and had issues: installed webroot and ran one scan and found a Trojan virus. It was able to safely remove it and my laptop ran so much better. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!!

I tried to read the Privacy Statement and it sure looks like the free Webroot version shares information with over 300 different advertisers ...just before installation if you pay very close attention and find the right location..you get a chance to opt out of each one....yes ...they are all listed by name with a box to check if you want to opt out. An even bigger insult is that many of the boxes can't be checked for opt out because "that feature is still being worked on" !!! Someone please show me that I have misunderstood something...only then will I install this "free" version.....sure looks like someone is making money at the expense of user privacy

Even though coverage lasts only for a year, it is worth it. To me personally, it does a full computer scan much faster than AVG and I like how it shows you the safety of each website by denoting an icon so you know which sites you can trust. Also, it detects and removes any virus you may encounter.

the free subscription for this is great. once the free subscription runs out I will not be renewing, personally. It has some nice features and doesn't slow down your machine from what i've noticed.

This protection was recommended by my Geek Squad rep when I took my computer in to be serviced because the hard drive crashed. Apparently it was filled with viruses. When it was returned from the manufacturer, clean as a whistle, GS installed it for me. It's gotta be better than what I have had before!

The ease of set up was great and the performance is working great. It lets me know if there is a breech or a problem with my computer and/or downloads. It alerts me quickly and takes care of the problem.

The only thing is Im still not sure I uploaded it on my new computer the right way. But other computer is protected and I can protect 3 so I am a little leary to try again. Something for geek squad.

Not only am I happy with this product, I'm delighted with the service I received from the Geek Squad! After having problems with pop-ups and virus warnings for the past 6 months, I finally found someone qualified to repair the laptop and return it to perfect working condition. Great job, Geek Squad!

It was one of two options for internet security that came with the laptop. The sales rep said a lot of people preferred this to the other. I guess it works im not sure, but sometimes it would block access to my school website which was a pain in the rear. but hey, it does what its supposed to

This product was purchased as part of the service when my computer died. Not only did Best Buy fix the computer and save a ton of work, they recommended this replacement to protect the computer in the future. It has turned out to be much better than what I was using and totally meets my needs now.

I have never used this before always been a Norton man or MacAfee Guy but was given a copy when I got my extended warranty and geek squad support contract so I decided to give it a try and I am glad. Its great! Super fast, grabs stuff that can cause problems and protects my computer. Highly recommened

I took in a lap top with years of junk in it . Is was updated and dejunked. Web root has prevented 10,000 from coming back in the lap top. It's working great for me what more can I say! Yank you.

I like that you can access all your devices from the web for this security software and command it to do scans remotely. I also like the ease of installation and use. Seems to work well for me.

We received this when we purchased our daughter's laptop. We're TM people normally (have to use it for work) but decided to let her try Webroot since she got a year free and it's supposed to use less space than TM and not bog down your system as much as TM. Works as designed and no problems here!
