Recently bought a Surface Pro, and am using the Antivirus from the previous purchase until it expires. Previous experience with Webroot has been positive. Will then load this antivirus program.

Got this and had it installed on three computers, when it was installed it found viruses and registery problems. So I guess it was worth it. So far no problems and it doesn't slow anything down.

If I were more tech savvy this program would probably have worked flawlessly. Still working and learning on some issue. I have not yet used the Geek Squad I am sure would solve my issues.

This software came with my laptop I purchased. There's nothing wrong with it, I just have an ongoing yearly plan with Norton that I have across multiple devices, which I prefer to WebRoot.

I never head of this product befoe, but because best buy recommended it I am using it. So far no problems, but I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I never used this anti-virus before but a friend with great computer knowledge told me it's a goo anti-virus so I will have to take her word for it. I have a bad history with getting viruses on my computer so hopefully this product will do the trick. I wish I had it for more than a year.

I don't know a lot about computers. I trust Geek Squad and Best Buy experience in helping me keep my computer free from virus and malware. They recommended this product which seems to do the job.

Since it comes free with Geek Squad service, you can't beat the price. It can be installed on up to three computers.

I feel secure being on-line. I received one warning of an email received from a financial institution I do business with. They requested I complete a survey. I received a popup warning that this email might not be from that institution. I did not start the survey and I deleted the email.

OK, believe it or not, our pet Pig stepped on my last power cord and crushed it. Yes, I said Pig, and Yes, he comes in the house. New cord does what it is suppose to do and charges my computer.

The Geek Squad Agent recommended Web Root Security to replace my current internet security. It was easy to install. I have been using Web Root for 4 weeks and haven't experienced any problems.

Since the installation of Webroot, I have not had any further Internet problems like I used to have with my PC. Particularly I don't receive calls indicating that my PC is broadcasting a signal to others on the Internet and saying that they want to help me clear my PC of security problems.

This program came with my daughter's laptop; although our internet subscription includes a subscription to a good antivirus program, she opted to install this instead. So far, it seems to be working just fine, and has even warned her about some questionable sites she used to visit.

I had webroot with my old Dell computer... loved it then, love it now. I especially like the warning with "get me out of here" . I trust Webroot completely. Happy to have upgraded version with my new Dell, and since you can use it for up to 3 computers now I have it on my old Dell too !

I bought Webroot with my Surface Pro 3 and I have been very happy with it. The software does stop virus's and etc. from getting to your computer but the best part is Webroot doesn't seem to impact the performance on my computer.

Ok. I guess it was good. Free is always good. Work good on computer have bit try iPad or iPhone yet.

The anti-virus program I was using would not work with windows 10 update. The people at Best Buy recommended this anti-virus as a good product. It was easy to install and works like a champ. I would recommend this to anyone having the same problem with their anti-virus and windows 10.

I purchased this along with a new tech support contract when my granddaughter was having an issue with her laptop. She uses this program all the time to make sure her laptop is running safe!
