Though I have not used for very long, This protection program seems very effective. Without endorsement by Best Buy I probably would not have chosen this, but I do trust BB recommendations.

I appreciate that this comes with the purchase of a new computer. It is something that takes people awhile to get around to getting - so its nice to get it right away to protect the machine.

I had previously installed this product on a different computer and was satisfied with the results it provided. This is why I purchased this item to be installed on my current computer.

I have used Webroot in the past on my pcs & it always provides great protection. Strongly recommended for anybody who wants an internet security program that doesn't use as many resources to keep your pc updated & secure.

I was a little skeptical to use this as I'm used to Norton products. I have been very happy with the use of this so far. It was easy to download and install. Runs with a very small footprint and so far has protected my devices! Plus I can install it on 3 different machines so that is a plus!

Used on smart phone. I like the interactive software. Does auto scans and gives me manual scans quickly. Easy to understand. Download was more difficult for me, perhaps because of inexperience.

Overall, a great computer. I really preferred this one to the Envy because it doesn't have the control zone touch pad. The graphics aren't great for gaming, but fine for casual/facebook ones.

This product is simple to use. It fixed all my system issues .the Greek squad customer service is awesome!! It is great that you do not have to leave home if you have any questions or issues.

Webroot SecureAnywhere uses so few resources that I don't even notice it running in the background. And it's quick: it takes three minutes to do a scan on my desktop. It's the one that Geek Squad uses: what more could you want?

This is provided for free as part of signing up for Geek Squad support. Nice to have. Just started with it. Seems easy and unobtrusive so far.

This anti-virus suite doesn't interrupt my computing experience with a lot of unnecessary notices. I have used this a little over a month now and, as you would expect, I have had no problems.

Haven't had any viruses or security issues so it seems to be working. I don't notice much change in performance or speed vs the first week I had my Surface Pro with no security software.

Web root scanned my computer and found threats that my other virus protection did not find i have it on all my computers and removed all of the other one it does not slow my computer down or try to take over programs or try to control what i do I had it installed on new computer i bought

Not knowing which security anti virus package to buy the best buy sales team was beneficial in suggesting this product for our new tablet. We had the geek squad install it and it works great.

Webroot has been a pice of mind. Knowing that I have this on my computer, I feel a lot more comfortable using my personal computer. This is a must have and I truly recommend this to anyone.

This came as a 6 month coverage along with my purchase of a laptop recently. I had my choice of two other products but chose Webroot. I have used this on other computer and have been very happy with the security it provides. When my six month subscription is up, I will purchase another one.

I had a lot of problems installing, even with the help of geek squad I still had to go back to the store and returning and rebuy, because the number I got on my first one would not work.

My old security had become a drain on my computers resources and a constant annoyance with its popups. I have what appears to be adequate protection without the disturbance and expense.

Webroot is a solid network security software. It was free with the purchase of the computer, so it is a nice program. Also, BE CAREFUL when you peel back the sticky note to reveal the keycode. I ripped mine because I peeled it back to quickly. Ask a representative to remove it for you in case you rip the code and need a new one -- that way you are still in the store.

I did not install this software on our PC. Our PC is brand new and it recently just blacked out for a few minutes..I don't know if it's the PC itself or this software not doing its job
