It's good to remove the virus and protect the system but it is not able to remove the adware extensions or adwares but other than that it's good removes all other virus consumes less memory.

When I purchased my new Toshiba laptop the salesperson recommended this virus protection. Since I was buying new I needed to protect myself.

I purchased a new HP computer, after about 2 weeks it did an automatic update. Afterwards it required a password for outlook. Did not have outlook and could not get back on computer. Paid to have old computer transfered over plus purchased word etc and had them installed on this computer. Spent a lot of time at best buy, and was finally told they could not fix it. They offered to wipe it clean, but refused to put my old hard drive stuff back on without charging me for it. I said I would pay again for the word and other programs and all they had to do was copy my origional hard drive back onto the computer again. The answer was NO. I returned the computer and now have to pay someone else to again transfer the stuff on my origional hard drive over. There is more but not enough characters to tell whole story. Very unhappy and if I do not get some satisfaction/ resolution ( have my origional hard drive transfered) on this I will not return nor recomend Best buy again. Extremely poor customer service!!!

I have always had the Kaspersky products so this one is still new to me. It seems comparable to the Kaspersky and I have not had it that long to really know how to utilize all the features.

Works great as long as another antivirus program is not installed in your computer. This item was "free with the purchase of my laptop". I was not told that I couldn't use it until my one free month of Norton that was on the laptop expired. I was told that the Webroot activated upon purchase and I should install it after setting up the laptop. Three hours on the phone with Toshiba one month after my laptop purchase and them wanting $99 to fix, I was told that the combo of both Norton & Webroot allowed my laptop to get a malware virus. The store associate should have told me this. Alone, with no other virus protection program, Webroot is working great!

really easy installation, protects up to 3 systems. down side it's only for 6 months .wish it was more longer for that price and everything would be really good. beside that I really like it

Geek Squad Recommended Webroot Anti-Virus with the purchase of my new ASUS Gaming laptop. I had always been loyal to Norton, but with the release of Windows 10 Norton seemed to use a lot of my gaming resources. Webroot is light on the use of resources and could based! Thanks Geeks!

Really thought this was a BS AV,,,,totally surprised at what this does. It is an online AV that REALLY stops malware....and since its online scans and is not on your drive it EASILY can stop viruses....INSTANTLY!!!! I will easily renew...and i have never ever done that in 20 plus years

service and support were excellent--support from staff was helpful and efficient. it is clear that Best Buy wants to provide necessary support for its customers and follows through in that area. I own a school and use Best Buy as a valuable resource for all school-related issues.

I had to replace my anti-virus program and have used Kapersky for years. I received a a high recommendation from a best buy employee to try Webroot since he uses it. I bought the Webroot and actually like it better, it's easier to maneuver through and use!! Thanks you for the suggestion!!

I have used other antivirus softwares and always felt like they were a waste. This software does its job and gives me a subtle message if needed, and if not, I don't notice it is running.

When I first installed it on my tablet it was a little confusing.. didn't see where I had to first download the app for it... should have known, there's an app for everything now. Once I did that everything went great. Doesn't seem to take a lot of memory or slow anything down.

With my previous Anti-Virus I had to keep resetting my firewall, with WEBROOT I don't have to do that, it stays set and runs auto scans at preset times. I love the hands off approach.

Hi since this is security software, I don't know how good it is, until it isn't. So far, seems to be fine. I've never used it before, so I have no comment. The buying experience was great.

I'm glad that I got the chance to buy this equipment protection insurance... love the most everything that it offers for the price... thank God have not needed to use it yet, due to the wonderful laptop that I purchased it for... but will recommend it to everyone... thank you!!!! :)

I liked this Webroot Anti-virus protection software for my PC, because I am rest assured that my PC is now protected from all those unwanted Malware attacks which could indeed damage my PC.

I normally have apple computers this is a first PC I've purchased in a while and I I am very happy with the anti-virus software that Best Buy recommended. it is especially useful knowing how PCs can be affected by viruses and I am happy that I was able to get such a great deal on it

I strongly advise anyont with a computer to join ths Geek Squaad faamily. It will save money. They will give you answers, lead you through problems, and even come to your homereduced for a ruduced price. Well worth it! They do not even mind clueless beginner or repeated questionns.

This software works in the background, but still seems to catch everything it needs to. It doesn't take up a lot of system resources like other products I've tried. It also didn't give me pop-ups all the time trying to get me to renew my subscription, Kaspersky drove me away with that.
