Webroot was recommended to me by my sister, brother and father. I have never used this before because I had always used Norton. I am extremely pleased with this product. I am amazed how fast it runs even on my old computer. From this time on I plan to be a loyal Webroot customer.

This software protects my computer and destroys the bad things. I usually don't have protection on my computer but since it came with my computer, I decided to put it on. Never pops up during game play. Most of the time I forget it's even running. It's quiet and works like a charm.

it looks works faster and protect my computer in the minimal case of atacks, its easy to use and esay to install i recomend this product .I already Recomend This sofware to my friends.

I've been using Norton for a long time. I received this with a service pkg that I got in purchasing a new computer. It seems ok. We'll see. Iffy about recommending; too new to tell for me.

This was included as a freebie with my MacBook Pro. I asked about other programs, but my Best Buy Associate assured me this was better than the others and the one they used. We'll see.

First of all I didn't purchase this, I bought a new laptop at Best Buy and 6 months of Webroot was included. So far its been great. It sometimes freaks out when you try download something that isn't a threat. But that's much better than getting a virus. Its basically configured properly once its installed, and if you want to personalize the settings, they're pretty deep. It also does a great job of not slowing down your computer when monitoring. when its scanning it slows you down a little, but it usually lasts less than 5 minutes. I would recommend this if your like me and a little paranoid about getting a virus but you would rather not worry about it so much.

I have used multiple virus apps in the last 30 years and I am really impressed with Webroot. It seems to take no interaction with user but instead updates automatically without issues and keeps the 5 computers I recently purchased safe from viruses! What more can you ask!!!

Using this on my kid's laptops, who have had issues with spyware and such in the past. The new computers with webroot installed have stayed protected, to the best of my knowledge.

The virus protection so far has worked as advertised. It doesn't have an e-mail scanner so I have to use something else. It works in the background and doesn't affect performance.

WebRoot seamlessly performs its function in the background and does not cause any slowdown of computer processing, as far as I can tell. I am fully satisfied with the performance.

Webroot protection has never let me down. I bought it originally because my prior computer's malware situation got so bad. It helped me clean that system, and now protects my new ones. Only downside is I had some issues registering my second copy that came with my newest computer. Then I realized my current subscription would cover all of my systems. Don't leave home without it.

It's very smart to have a protection plan for your laptop, especially when you're in college. This guy has been helpful so far as I currently have no Internet problems with my laptop.

I've been using this product for several years on a few different laptops, and it seems to be doing the job. It runs in the background, and (knock on wood) I haven't had any issues.

After I bought my new desktop computer , Best Buy had an offer that when you buy some of their computers , you received this protection for up to 3 devices, After I installed I was amazed of all the features. with this Web root you get to even protect your mobile devices for a year.

I bought a new laptop without webroot preinstalled. It also does not have a CD-ROM but the other laptops in the house do. So I bought the CD instead of buying online. I had no problems with installation. This product has come a long way. I purchased it because I'm familiar with it.

Best Buy encouraged me to buy this, and add extra years and it will not work with a surface 2. I had to take it back and get my money back. Half the Geek Team said it would work the other half said it would not, and it did not! VERY POOR SERVICE. No effort it give me compensation for the 6 hours of wasted time trying to get it to work and the time taking it back.

This anti virus does work great, it keeps letting me know if there are any potential virus' as I download things, apps, etc. I also used it on another computer and it did eliminate a bad virus that was on my other pc. The weird one called adromeda. This is a great virus tool.

Previously have used freeware virus protection, various brands, always ended up with performance issues of varying severity due to viruses, etc. Have had no issues so far with this product, the cost is well worth avoiding the inconvenience and repair costs of a buggy computer.

I'm a new user but I think this software will be great for me. I was tired of scanning my computer and not being able to perform other tasks. Webroot installed in minutes (once I found the key) and scanned my system in seconds. If it catches all the threats to my system...I am sold!

it runs pretty quik in the background.It gets along with any other antivirus/malware programs i use with it.I havent had any flaws or problems with the running of the program either.
