I bought this after discovering that I hadn't been vigilant about computer viruses!! Best Buy agent installed this and got everything up and running again!

Ive only had Webroot installed for a few weeks, but it has worked phenomenally. No viruses, no personal intrusions...I look forward to it continuing its excellent service.

We had a protection plan with another company and when our computer got hacked, we contacted the Geek Squad for a thorough cleaning. When they had sorted out the problem, they recommended Webroot. We didn't know anything about it but our subscription with the other company was about to expire, so we thought we'd give it a try. It has proven to be an unobtrusive guardian of our family's computers. We haven't had any problems this year and I just happily renewed for a second year. It seems to provide the security that we need at a very affordable price.

I liked that it was free when we bought the computer from Best Buy. Easy to install.

I have always given Webroot an excellent rating. It works and it runs in the background. On auto-pay/renewal, I get an email saying it will renew soon, and it's a seamless production. Highly recommend Webroot. I use it on two laptops, two desktops, and a tablet.

I thought the laptop was a bit small at first. But when my daughter opened it and we saw the features. I was very happy with my choice. Storage and touchscreen, great!

I have used this product in the past and trust it will protect my computer from viruses and malware. so far it is working very well and I recommend it to others to use.

It's ok, nothing special or particularly great about it. Price was reasonable. Let's hope it works. Too soon to tell for sure.

I had to bring my computer to the store to have it loaded. The number smeared when I pulled the tab off the packaging. I don't have a CD drive so I had to load through the web and couldn't access the number but the geek squad did it for me in everything works fine.

I would recommend using Webroot internet security protection because it really does the job. I have found it to be even better than McAfee,and Norton just to name a few.

I haven't been using this internet security for very long - and am typically very careful about sites I visit - but so far it appears to be doing its job and working well.

This product has been really great at keeping my computer protected! I did not know of webroot until I got it with my purchase of a labtop and I am very pleased with it!

So far so good. Bestbuy gave me this for free when I bought my new laptop. I got rid of MacAfee and started using this and I've liked it so far. It scans websites and tells you which sites have been verified when you google search, which was a new feature for me

Keeps the computers virus free from a lot of Web sites that you may find yourself on the plant viruses. I can't count the number of times I got a virus just from doing a Google search for research on a house. I highly recommend Web root to anyone who uses the Web a lot.

I have no complaints on this anti virus software especially since they threw it in with my purchase for free. It seems to work as good as any of the latest ones out there.

I can get a little lazy when it comes to updating software and conducting virus scans on my computer. This software automatically does that for me and that's so beneficial.

This item was free with the purchase of a laptop in store, so I have nothing negative to say, and don't actually know how it works seeing as it was a gift to my parents
