Loaded easily. Not sure if it's doing anything. Getting disturbing alerts from my firewall about this software. Not sure why.

Installed easily on first device, but would not accept code on next device; Kept saying no internet access, which I clearly had, Going through laptop settings one day I saw the product had upgraded and given it a new code to use in future installs. There wasn't any previous notation of this "code" change so I assumed it did not work on three devices. Little more clarity of this upgrade, code, change would have been appreciated.

Seems to be working as it should, the new laptop came with another brand already loaded, and it is about to run out, then WebRoot will be my stand alone defense, then the truth will come to the front.

I've used Norton 360 for years and found it bloated and slow moving. Since Webroot came with my computer I decided to give it a try. I was surprised how fast it scans. You can never know how good a AV solution is until you actually get infected. Webroot took care of a Trojan I picked up easily. I didn't get a bunch of useless warnings and it seems to work well. It scans very fast and is easy to use.

May work, but hard to tell. Does not have feed back icons like Norton to say what it has been doing... After 3 weeks this computer still works so it probably is on duty

Good product. I am currently running Norton on all of my other machines, but this came free with my new laptop, so I thought I'd try it. Seems like a good program so far.

Unfortunately I was unable to install on laptop I was encouraged to buy it for because laptop does not have a cd/dvd drive but fortunately I had already purchased the same version 2 months earlier for two other laptops and I could add one more laptop to it.

I know this is a good product because we've used it in the past, but we don't plan on using it because we use a different product. This came free with our computer.

We picked this up for our son's new laptop. We have no complaints and it works as advertised. It has alerted him several times when there was a threat of a potential virus.

I have tried pretty much every internet security out there but webroot is the best I have ever used. No issues with slowdown and have never had a virus over 4 years.

Easy to load. Don't really know how to evaluate the effectiveness of its capabilities. That remains to be seen. No issues so far.

About 90% of the programs I want to install... this program says has a trojan. That seems a bit overcautious. Have to turn it off occassionally just to install something.

This anti-virus seems to work great for the uses I have for it. doesn't seem to hurt performance like some programs in the past.

Your basic security package that came with the laptop I purchased. Nothing wrong with it, its easy to set up and looks like it will do the job when needed. (knock on wood)

As with all things that protect you it is hard to say how well it is working. It does seem to be of good quality. We bought this because the geek squad recommended it.

This new way to detect viruses is quite interesting, more of a "cloud" network than downloading current updates, however, in order for this to work, one must agree not only to activate cookies, which are required for this system to work, but also to keep cookies permanently activated for the "persistent" cookies one must agree to accept. This system cannot work if this system is "opted-out". Unacceptable for me as I delete all cookies after a session. (Does that really matter? Probably not, if one considers all the other ways we are tracked). Nonetheless, I threw this away and bought an "old fashioned" software that requires frequent updates, and allows me to delete cookies after using the web. Good luck, as BestBuy pushes Webroot as their favored anti-virus software.

It was easy to install, fair value and so far no issues with virus and it seems to be working fine

My computer got a virus and I was afraid to open it. There were so many virus protection programs available it was difficult to chose from. Someone told me about Webroot internet security and now all of my computers are secure. Easy to use and load on your computer. I am no computer wiz but I was able to load and now my computer is secure. I would recommend this product to everyone. It's great.

This is the first time getting this virus scanner and all I can say right now that it was very EASY to install. Type in the code and it's done and protected. love it.

What can I say? It seems to work in the month I have been using it. The only way to know it doesn't work is to have your machine infected or your information out there.
