i got this with my new computer purchase and i am glad i did. the product installs easily and ha kept my computer up to date and safe. i definitely would reccomend this.

Installed this on my laptop, my wife's and my daughters. It cleaned them right up. Works great! It's sad that you have to have something like this though, just because people have to once again take something that was meant for good and use it to destroy things.

I have had an iPad for years and my old one was starting to freeze up and have issues. It was at its limit for possible upgrades. Felt it was time to upgrade. It was a very easy and smooth transition. The sales staff were very helpful in meeting my needs.

Purchased this product to replace expiring antivirus software that came with computer. Had not used BB brand before. Simple to install and seems to work as advertised.

It took a lot of quick research to see which product was going to keep my new laptop safe. With cyber hacking, viruses at a all time high and continues to get worse, this product was going to keep it my computer safe. But like all products there is no guarantees!

Now a days you cannot afford not to be protected, this item is protecting my phone, my iPad and I plan on taking my tower in for home computer to have it put on that too.

Upgraded to smartphones. Disappionted there's no instructions available, either written or inbedded, or on-line in phone, making the "learning curve" quite difficult.

it was my first time using one of these programs and i'm very satisfied with it, it really blocks any virus that tries to get in my Pc. and it was very simple to install

Do we need virus protection for mac computer? I tried but it just slows my computer... i don't this I need this for the mac.

I received this for free when I purchased a new Sony Laptop. I was a little leary but installed it and have been very pleased. Ive had not problems so its doing it job.

it was hard to get this webroot downloaded to start with but once I did, it was easy to run & get it started & it keeps my computer running like it is supposes to be going

I have used weebroot for the past two years with no issues. I like the way it runs when you first start and is quick in its scan. It does not bog down system resources.

I didn't pay for this item, it was free with purchase. Yes, we installed it but after the trial period, I doubt we continue.

I've had Web root active on my computer for about a month now without any issues so that's a plus. But from a more credible site, CNET says this is the best home defense software on the market right now so way to best buy for packaging thus with a new laptop.

Purchased this software under the advice of a Best Buy rep when purchasing our new all in one. Nice that you can cover more than one electronic at a time with it.

After my computer was hacked, I've had this product installed by the technician and I am very happy and feel secure using my computer. The best part is that you can add this product in 3 different computer or devices!! I am planning to use it to other device!

Had a problem with Trend Micro and an associate of Best Buy suggested this product. So far so good but, it's only been a short while that I have had it installed.

Installed antivirus so far working well and not bogging down the system when using.
