it's simple and easy product to download and use for a naive user but it'll be great to have update version from the related website whenever a new version comes up.

We bought these tablets as replacements for some purchased on line. The granddaughters who they were bought for picked them out. These two 12 year old techno maniacs think they are great. The twins live with us and keep us up on what is important to know.

loved this product once I could get it downloaded. I had to call Best Buy to obtain installation code. The sticker on paper would not peel off without shredding code.

good product it's fast and easy however it would be great if you could remove all the adware that shows up on your computer like when you log into the window store.

i just installed this to replace my outdated mcafee. so far i have no problem and it came free when i purchased my laptop.

Nice service, just be careful and eliminate MacAfee first, if it came for free on your computer like it did on mine, because it will not give you a minute of peace!

So far so good. I brought my computer to the Geek Squad and signed up with a year contract. They said this software had the best reviews so I guess we will find out.

The geek squad was wonderful from the getgo. In less than 15 minutes they checked in my new Apple Laptop to remove the virus that appeared in my new laptop for the 2nd time, in less than a month and a half. I received my laptop back in less than 48 hours.

I only have been using this product for a short time. I have not had any issues. I am a little confused because when I received it with the computer I purchased , it was suppose to be for a year. But the manager at best buy says it is only good for 6 months

A good deal for the product I got. The geek squad was helpful in downloading it on my computer. I also got it for 2 years so I won't have to renew it next year.

As far as AV's go, this is my must have. All AV's are going to do the same job, the reason Webroot is my favorite is that is doesn't require major updates every other day. Webroot is cloud-based so it's always up-to-date(As long as you have internet).

I was very surprised at how robust this product is. It came as a freebie when I purchased my new HP Envy Windows10 laptop. So far, it is exceeding my expectations.

Had 2 computers serviced. The work was completed on time. The repairs were explained in terms I could understand. I will try to have the computers serviced regularly.

This works great with our PC and laptop. Doesn't do much with our iphone and the mobile app is not user friendly. Seems that the mobile app has bugs they need to fix.

this 2 bottle 1 towel system is the best I have ever used. I thought it was pricey, but I was wrong. this system will last for a long time. I have 3 screens to clean. it only takes 2 or 3 squirts on the towel per screen. clean and protected. try it
