It works good for keeping my computer free of viruse and, keeps my computer running smooth!

Have used in past. Only issue has been in renewal process when more than 1 license renewed. Can't identify licenses to product since more than 3 have licenses.

The previous program had expired and the lap top was massively infected. The Geek squad cleaned it up and installed the Webroot I have not had any trouble since,

Easy to install and seems to be comprehensive in protection. Easy to set up auto functions.

Although this product was provided with the system and does provide good protection, one needs to make sure timely updates are done to ensure adequate protection.

I have used webroot before from Best Buy and I still got viruses that blocked updates from happening to my computer, which ultimately the whole computer got fried

This software is easy to use and provides great protection to all of my laptops and desktop. It automatically runs scans and quarantines any viruses, cookies, etc.

Best Buy installed it as part of our laptop purchase. (It did cost extra) It has been working very well and not slowing down our computer like other virus software has.

I had to get my hp protection geek I don't remember his name but he was great told what I needed the saving for a 3 years longer time I got my hp in sept 2015 I was very happy with everything/I also need a charger for my phone an 1min I had the right one but Tuesday they stop working not happy it cost 25.dollars so I out a charger an 25. dollars it does not chrarg anymore now I have to go out again an buy another its been on my bedroom table at nite I charge my phone so its not like I'm jumping rope with it I don't know why they stop working thank you

This antivirus came with my computer purchase. It is a 6 month free trial. I have always used Norton so I figured I give it a try. Haven't had any problems with it.

I have used may antivirus softwares, but this one does not eat so much of system resources. I have used it now for more than a month filters most of the ad's too.

I received this free with a laptop purchase. It's advertised that it is a 1-yr subscription, but it's only 6 months.

We used to use a different antivirus but the last couple of laptops we switched to this brand. Very easy to operate and doesnt bog down your pc.

I had my entire new computer, printer and software installed by the local Geek Squad. (Highly recommend spending the money to get it done right by them). My GS agent told me this is the best protection software available and I trust that opinion.

I own a Mac, which is already great about computer protection, but the came with my bundle and added security can't hurt. Plus I can share it with another device.

I got this the same time I got my surface pro 2. I've downloaded software online with no issues and it was very easy and quick to install. I've also been able to download other software online without threat of viruses. The only thing is I feel it's definitely pricey even after the discount I received for buying a new tablet and add that to the fact that it needs to be renewed every year. But it does do it's job.

After I was finally able to uninstall the other two protection plans (Norton and mcafee) this program works great. Before it seemed like the different programs were trying to battle each other but now that it is the sole protection plan it works great!

This is a great product and it really pays to have it available for three different devices. That protects my tablet, surface pro, and my smartphone. What a deal!
