I'm not using it at the present moment because I already had another software package, would like to have saved it until I needed it, but not given that option.

I use this software on all my devices and computers. It's very fast to scan, usually 2 to 4 minutes depending on the computer. Have had no problems with malware, etc.since I started using it. Usually blocks problems before they are downloaded.

The upgrades for this new addition from my old word product is awesome. I like the ease of the tools and all of the options for templates to create documents.

For years I have used Norton Anti virus program. Webroot has only shown itself when the computer starts after being shut down. It would be nice if I could see my current protection status displayed or reached from a desktop icon. Just a thought.

I received Webroot with the purchase of my dell laptop. I am not even aware it is running, which is a great difference from other antivirus software that continually slowed my computer or gave me pop-ups. I think it's just great and would buy it.

This product is awesome! I had a virus on my phone, installed WEBROOT, and the virus was eradicated! My husband loves to click on those click here boxes...gets him every time...yet WEBROOT saves him from the virus each time!

Had a little trouble installing it but the Geek Squad got it going so it's all good, To be fair I'm very computer illiterate so it may be an easy install.

I have had the PC only abt a month so far with WEbroot on it; this is first time for me using this program; after using McAfee for years. It runs in background and so far has not slowed the PC down at all, and no viruses have been able to get through

I learned about Webroot with another laptop that I bought from Best Buy and wouldn't get on the web without it. It is great to know that whether in the U.S. or travelling abroad Webroot is keeping my information safe and secure. Great product!

The salesman recommended this internet security and so far we have had no problems. The salesman said it was the best on the market. We have been happy with it.

eems so far to really protect the computer Whenever I log back in the computer is always in green. Very easy to follow

This product is a great replacement for McAfee or Norton systems. There is no bog down on the system and run smooth in the background. No complaints thus far.

This protection is no worse than any other virus protection software. The key point is how much attention end users pay to what is going on with their laptops.

It does it's job without interrupting me all the time (like my last three security programs did during updates). I have no complaints so far. It's nice to know I'm protected without having to do anything that takes time from my busy schedule.

WELL SO FAR SO GOOD HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES AS OF YET .MY KIDS ARE THE MAIN USERS OF THE LAPTOP ......... SO EVERYTHING IS GUCCI.(THA'S WHAT THEY SAID) :-)

Seems to be good but also seems to slow down the computer from time to time. Other than that, it's a decent product.

I went to best buy and asked the salesman what he would recommend and he gave me this product and I can't complain it does a better job then McAfee or Norton.

I have been fed up with N _ _ _ _ _ security product for a long time and wish I had switched to Webroot years ago! It just quietly does its job without slowing down my PC and all the other issues I had with my former internet security software.

There isn't much different than the AVG that we have used in the past. It was nice that it came free with my purchase.

So far so good. I am on a trial period and plan to renew at the end of the trial. It takes care of all issues without you having to do anything as some other protectors ask you to do.Great that the Geek Squad is always available when needed.
