It is a good product that I've had for about a month and a half now. No big issues. It runs the program in the background and alerts me if anything doesn't look right. It also will let me know if website links in a search engine are good, bad or okay.

I installed this on my desktop I have and I have not seem any noticeable difference in my performance. Something that other products have done in the past

Its total protection. easy to install. It should at least come with 2 year.

I don't worry as much as I did when using a different virus protection in the past. Webroot offers excellent protection and settings are easier to set and relax assured that updates will be made frequently and scans will be done as requested

I took the recommendation of the Best Buy employee and purchased this with my new laptop. It doesn't get in the way and seems to be doing a very good job.

I always like to get some kind of insurance or warranty when buying anything. So far I haven't had to use this so I can't really explain if its good or not.

Was told my Norton Antivirus was causing my PC to run slow and as part of a tune up, Best Buy would remove my Norton Antivirus and replace it with Web Root. Norton was not removed so it is still on my PC along with the Web Root. I am not renewing my Norton, but think the improvement in my PC speed was due to the elimination of extra browsers rather than switching anti virus software. Have no problem, however. with Web Root and will most likely renew it next year.

I had other programs on my desktop and laptop, Geek Squad suggested this product for both. I asked several questions which were answered to my satisfaction. I am confident and comfortable with Webroot Internet Security protecting my computers.

My husband and I feel secure knowing that Webroot is protecting our laptops from malware, viruses, etc. We would not think of changing from this product but automatically renew every year, we believe it's the best protection for the price.

This came free with the purchase of a laptop, and we are very impressed with the product. Since it is valid for 3 machines, we will kiss the overpriced Norton subscription goodbye when it is due for renewal and use for our other computers.

SO far it works only problem is the sticker stuck on the back and had to call the company.over all does the job

I've had really good experience with this software. It doesn't really bug me for updates or pop up when I'm using my computer. I really like that about it.

Security software sometimes interrupts daily operations in a business but web root has easily accessible controls in which the purchaser can decide whether or not to run the scan. It doesn't ask every few minutes like some popular versions.

Look, I've gone through some anti-virus programs over the years just like everyone else and it comes down to this. If Webroot is the current software being recommended by Best Buy, then that's what I'm going to be trusting as well. Done.
