I had just renewed my subscription on an older laptop and got a 2-year free subscription with my new one. Sent an email to webroot and got an immediate refund. Have had webroot for several years and it really protects my computers.

Based on a Geek Squad technician's recommendation, I removed my Norton anti-virus program and installed the Webroot program. The Webroot program uses less memory and works seamlessly in the background. So far, no complaints...

Great value for the buck. Easy to install on multiple devices. Would buy again.

Came free with the laptop otherwise would not have tried. My work provides free security suite though so I do not often use outside products.

8 GB RAM is a spoiler. I would rather have 2 GB of RAM extra than 1 -TB of har disk space. Build quality is sturdy overall a good value buy...

This picks up everything. When I think something is safe it is alerting me to let me know it is not safe. I want to be protected and web root is doing it's job very well.

Found Viruses on current desktop imac I have had since 2010, but bought it with my Geek Squad for my new mac book pro laptop. So nice that I can use it on more than one computer. Found lots of threats and deleted them very quickly.

We're always concerned with protecting our computer and so we were happy to have this free program with our laptop purchase. So far, so good.

although it was good getting a internet protections through best buy my internet provider also offers one so this causes conflict on my computer

This is just as good if not better then norton or mcafee and the best part is its the same software geek squad uses when you get thier package.

Its a good product and great that it comes free for a limited time, but I found it at times too much of a hassle to visit websites I frequent.

it works. tough to find software designed for protections these days that doesn't turn out to be worse than the stuff i'm trying to protect against. this and the best buy geek squad online are great. so thrilled i purchased it.

This Security subscription came highly recommended by computer experts. I'm a retiree and not knowledgeable about computers, but I have had my previous laptop full of hackers. It is worth it to have a subscription at all times.

Still getting used to Webroot as I have switched recently from Norton. Looks like it is working as described. Seems computer is a bit faster.

I am not aware of any problems with this program, but am not really sure how you tell whether it is better or worse than any other program.

I am not familiar with Webb Root. With Geek Squad endorsing it has to be better than what's the other has to offer. Looking for piece of mind.

got this free but did not use it. it probably works ok but not able to comment since i did not use it

Antivirus they sell you w/ repair & it works ok to date. Took a little to get used to it but repair & virus protection have been a life saver.

Product seems good but hard to tell since it runs in the background. Got it because the geek squad counter person recommended it over Kaspersky.
