We had Best Buy Geek Squad add this when they transferred mom's data to her new laptop and it seems like a good addition to her security.

I have not recognized any major advantages of this security system when compared to the security system I currently employ on my desktop.

A nasty virus had been snacking on my computer. Had Webroot installed and love the pop up when I boot up and can see that I am once again safe.

I had Norton for years but Best Buy changed to Webroot. I thought I'd be disappointed but it turned out fine. The geeksquad was very helpful.

Uploaded without difficulty, however, we just got it. Only time will tell if the product is any good.

Mac's are pretty well protected from virus issues but this software does provide peace of mind from the slim chance one could find its way in.

Got it free for a couple of months. It appears to be a good program, not too heavy on the system and seems to be keeping my computer clean

I been with webroot four over 16years and I love it even the customer service. Also the password manger is a good feature. I also have it on my smartphone and my kindle. It also don't interfere with any web sites like Norton.

This was a free addition to a computer purchase. It's never been used, or even taken out of the box!

I am used to having an icon that I can click and choose the options I want when doing maintenance to keep my computer running at it's best.

This software was complimentary with my laptop puchase and I think that was a great showing of Best Buys excellent customer service. I didnt need it because I have virus protection through my home internet service provider.

Can't beat the fact that this was free with my pc. So far so good it found some malware and removed it.

This product came included in the PC bundle that I purchased. I didn't have any real expectations for it since it was free. However, I'm very impressed with it. It's caught a few viruses and malware that was in my computer.

got webroot free for 3 months with purchase of computer, seems to work fine so far, no problems and seems to do what it is supposed to do.

Happy to recommend Webroot. It seems very effective at spotting troublesome websites and identifying problems before they start. Good product.

Activated and just not sure how effective it is... Either so good you don't notice any hick ups or doesn't really do anything. Hard to tell

Not being real tech savvy (by choice) I had friend install and get laptop programmed and operating to our needs, he was surprised to find we were using this system,he stated he used this for protection in his business.

I wasn't familiar with this name brand, but the Geek Squad uses it, so I figured it must work well. So far, I haven't had any issues.
