I had some big issues with the protection I had and it created some big problems and slowed and froze my computer. So when webroot came with the laptop I purchased I was a little leary of what it may be like but it has been a good progra that doesn't bind up the computer as it does its job.

I am so happy that I bought theWebroot anti virus software. My old antivirus software was not protecting my computer and was so slow and eventually my computer was so sluggish that it was not operable. When th Geek Squad installed Webroot My computer became operational again and so much faster.

I got this software for free when purchasing my HP Pavilion all in one PC. It has an easy installation process and even comes with a bonus software called PC mover express which transfers files from an old PC to a new one. It also can be installed on up to three devices. great software

Haven't explored the product too much but it keeps my computer running and for someone who is not particularly tech savvy it was appreciated that it was an easy installation and maintainence.

I have had this on several computers for a couple of years now. Absolutely no problems. I installed it on an older computer that would barely boot up. It did such a good cleaning it out that it is a functional computer again. And yes, I did have a competator's program installed and updated.

Received webroot when I purchased my new laptop on black Friday. I was not familiar with this security device and was very skeptical . It feels great to know my laptop is being protected.

I love webroot! It is so intuitive and easy to use. It doesn't use a bunch of jargon I don't understand. I've never had a problem with it. When you have questions about installation on multiple computers and call customer service, they are very nice and don't act like you are stupid.

Easy to install--seems to be working fine so far-time will tell I HAVE CALLED MY BEST RWARDS 4 TIMES TO TRY AND GET MY REWARD CERTIFICATES--WEBSITE IS DOWN AND THEY CAN DO NOTHING FOR ME.

I like the Webroot Security Protection for my Surface Pro 3. I didn't know how to install it at first - I tried to install Webroot using the directions for a "tablet." It didn't work. Then, I tried installing Webroot using the directions for a "PC" online without using the CD - because on a Surface Pro 3, there is not a CD drive. It worked! After I figured out how to install Webroot, I only had 1 problem - connecting to my University's WiFi. To solve this, a guy working in the IT department just disabled Webroot one time, installed the WiFi configurations onto my Surface Pro 3, and then everything worked out. Other than this, I have had no problems with Webroot.

only used this for a couple months until I was able to switch to Norton. Worked while I used it and would recommend it. Good product, was free as a promo when I purchased a new laptop.

My laptop that I use for work and personal use had some viruses on it. A representative from the geeks quad and Bestbuy recommended that I purchase this product in addition to them cleaning my laptop up. This product has been working great! I would recommend this product to everyone.

Haven't had any issues with viruses or computer hackers since installing. Came with the PC purchase. Also, did not slow my computer down. Should be a longer period instead of 6 months.

As far as I can tell it works well but that's the catch-22 of this type of product. If it is working well you won't notice but if it isn't you will notic ein a hurry. No problems yet.

This was recommended to me with the purchase of an HP Envy. Installed easily and protects my laptop nicely. I believe that it also extends to iPads as well but I am still learning about it.

Believe it or not this product is even better that all those big name security software companies such as McAfee, Norton or Kaspersky. You either can install it from the disc itself or download it via their official website(you will need a key code). it provides complete security for your device no matter what king it is , you can even install it on your portable device such as smartphones or tablets.Most important of all it will not bother you with any kind of unnecessary notices that pop up and annoy you. If installed on more than one device you can remotely lock,shutdown or scan that device using their web based dashboard. Great for home computers,simple and secure.

So far, this software appears to be keeping my new computer clean of unwanted viruses. I also purchased Malwarebytes Premium as added protection. It complements the Webroot software.

I have been comparing WEBROOT to many of the free services (AVAST, AVIRA, Comodo Internet Security). Seems to have all of the protection needed and also seems to use less system resources.

Got Webroot when I bought my new lap top. Laptop had a DVD slot drawer and the Webroot was free with purchase. I installed it without trouble by disc and it seems to be working fine.

I purchased this software bundled with a computer and all-in-one printer, and on the recommendation of a Geek Squad agent. I used it for whatever period was included in the bundle (2 years?), and I never had a computer virus during that time. When the original subscription expired, though, I cancelled the plan because I can get free anti-virus software from my Internet service provider. To be honest, I've used lots of different anti-virus programs, and I haven't been able to tell the difference between the performance of one and another.
