I purchased this item for installation in three computers. It was installed pursuant to the instructions immediately when the computers were extracted from the box. Two of the three computers have operated without incident. The third is a mess. I do not know if was attributable to a defective computer or the software. If all three worked well, I would have rated this product with five stars.

This was easy to install and update, we will see how easy it is to remove when I remove it to install norton in 6 months.

I would tell someone to buy this. Even though I have an apple computer, I would still recommend installing this software.

I have always gotten this with an personal computer purchase, it does the job, a few tweaks her and there but its all good.

Decent web security for the price. Most times it comes bundles with other purchases.

I am pleased with this product, and the service I received at Best Buy. The tech was very knowledgeable and informative.

Just installed this..easy instructions. Not sure how well it works, as I said I just got it put on the computer.. we'll see.

User friendly, great product. Have tried multiple types and have actually purchased this for 4 different computers now.

The only AV software I've seen outperform Webroot is one called Vipre and since that costs more money than getting this little gem free for 3 years with my tech support I think I'll stick with Webroot.

It works just like I would expect it to. I don't know that this is any better or any worse than any other like product.

This is a great product and very useful to have in case you wish to protect your computer. I am very glad it came with my Macbook purchase because otherwise I would never have thought of getting it.

My computer crashed after a couple of years use. Had it cleaned at Best Buy in Brandon and at the Geek Squad's recommendation, installed WebRoot. Works like a charm, keeping threats at bay. No more problems!

Don't know much about spyware but this has been straight foward. I feel pretty confident that my laptop is protected.

This was installed by the Geek Squad when I took my computer in for a "clean up" and they recommended it. It is less expensive than the Norton anti virus I had before and it seems to work better.

The virus protection is included with the computer which is good since our Norton expired.

Was free with purchase of new laptop. Seems ok. Doesn't bog down the OS too much.

So far works fine. Was glad to replace our version of McAfee that let numerous viruses through . Price was also good!

Does its job, easy to install. Haven't had any problems.

Had to put a new hard drive only computer. Geek Squad recommended this Anti Virus. So far, so good; no virus problems.
