When I bought my HP laptop, I was using other security protection I got with my laptop, I was getting error, but Geek Squad rep told me to use the one I got with my laptop. So far no issues. Will see how it goes.

Webroot was easy to install. Received the cd but didn't use it because we have a 2 in 1 laptop. Downloaded from secure site and followed instructions. Easy. Feel good about safety.

I have used a lot of different types of anti virus programs like most people...if you own a pc nowadays its a must. That being said if you share or have ever shared the problem of slow pc start ups, slow page uploads, even slower scans, among other problems due to your anti virus program.....than its time to make the switch...seriously, the fastest scans I've seen from an anti virus, the most extensive and up to date virus protection, does not take up a lot of space, does not suck up ram...if there was a way for me to give more than 5 stars for this it would have it, I use it , I definitely recommend it, its simply the best that's out there.

I am always looking for security for my computer. This product was recommended to be by the Geek Squad at Best Buy. I must say so far I have had no problem with this product..

This product has solved all my computer issues for internet use. What a relief to know I can safely visit websites and not have my computer infested by viruses. I highly recommend this product. Even my employer uses this product to protect their extension computer systems.

I like that this program is unobtrusive and protects my computer. I further like it because the Geek Squad checks it anytime they look at my computer to see if anything odd has been happening. I think this is a great program and much better than Norton I had for years.

I like Webroot better than some of the competition. it is cloud based and less proprietary and therefore uses less resources when in operation. Easy to use and understand.

Webroot antivirus software is the best in the business. Easy to install, setup, navigate. It constantly checks for any threat to your computer as well as the latest threats out there. If you have any type of questions they are there to help. Highly recommend this product.

This computer is a great buy for the money. It is fast and presents a quality picture. My only hesitation is to save money, HP used a smaller motherboard for compactness. It only has two memory slots which limits the amount to 16 Gigabytes. That usually is enough for most people, but we are research orientated and have up to 30 windows open at once over two large screens. Also there is only one expansion slot, which we used and see nothing needed in the future so far. So far these issues has not restricted me and probably would not most users. Again, it is a very good buy for the money and everything else first class.

When I got WebRoot, I thought it was just another anti-virus program, but it goes way beyond that. It is always working in the background, so you WILL want a multi-processor system. WebRoot has trapped viruses from places I would never have suspected, and has alerted me to "questionable" websites and downloads. It can, however, be too aggressive at times: it will disable the Paste function (Copy & Paste, Cut & Paste) in some applications, with out warning. Once you discover this, though, you can disable it be creating an exception for the affected application in the Identity Shield settings. Overall, a really good package.

It is an awesome product it took a while to download because of the software that was already installed in my computer. I also like the fact that you can install it on multiple devices. I would most definitely tell people to purchase this software. It was easy to install.

I love something that does the cooking for you! I have it, it takes care of me, and I don't have to do a thing. How sweet can it be. With Best Buy at my side and my security in place, what more does a person have to say......back to what I want to do. Highly recommend it.

Easy to install. And it's free with purchase of computer which is a nice incentive. Not sure of the required price point though.

Webroot Secure Anywhere Internet Security has been the most effective software I have used---so effective that I chose it again this year to protect my devices from malware and viruses. It is easy to install and warns you of potentially dangerous sites! Great Product.

I'm tech challenged so I needed something simple. This fit the bill. Easy to install, works well and didn't require a techy mind to install and operate. Very pleased with it.

I am not use to using Webroot so am getting use to it as this time. So far it is protecting my computer. But I can't give a complete review as I haven't had it that long.

It can load on up to three computers. The disk is easy to load. Great value of security for your pc's.

Both worked pretty well for us last year so we got it again this year. The young man was okay but I suggested he ask his manager if it was possible to pay in cash instead of credit. The young man thought it could only be bought with a credit card. I found that strange.

I am used to Norton, but the switch to Webroot has been good so far. The program is on in the background and rarely announces itself but will keep your computer running virus free.

I recently purchased the Webroot security software for my Dell laptop and had the Geek Squad install it for me-it took no time at all and seems to be working with no problems.
