When recently having my laptop serviced at the Geek Squaud center, I purchased the subject security software in order to protect the system from online viruses and malware threats. It is difficult to measure the success and/or functionality of the software as it is a 'behind-the-scenes' application and whether it is doing its job or not is difficult to discern. However, it was reaonably priced and they offered to install it for free during the units service visit. As a bonus, the security software has available two additional installations on other computers that I own. Therefore, it actually becomes a 3 for 1 bargain!

Why are there people in the world who create viruses? Just seems dumb. But I don't have any - because I use this software.

I have this installed on 4 units as it was recommended by Best Buy Geek Squad during a clean and rebuild on 3 pcs and one new pc. So, until I get a problem it is great.

this came free with the purchase of my desktop computer. It was refreshing to get a full year subscription as opposed to the usual 30 days that most others give you as a trial

I have used Webroot security software for the past three years and it has protected my computer from all of the viruses so far. I am very satisfied with this software.

I got this product with my computer purchase. I've had Webroot before and for a number of years. I switched because similar software was included in a service I was already getting. It's a great product. I don't think I'll be disappointed this time around either.

install was easy on computer and cell, which not sure was necessary but available so why not. McAfee, which came with the computer, does not like it very well though.

This computer was easy to set up. It has a lot of memory.. I would recommend this computer because it is worth the money for the average person using it for everyday use.

The webroot that I have seems to be working just fine. I have only had it for a short time and have not any issues with my laptop. The geek squad help that came with it was very valuable. They repaired another laptop i own very quickly and it has been working great.

Keeping my laptop is very important to me and so far this software is dping a great job. I only wish that instead being able to install it on only one computer, tablet, or smart phone that it could be installed on 3 computers. I don't need it for my tablet

I ENJOY THE PROTECTION IT IS OFFERING ME. THE PROGRAM SCANS MY COMPUTER WITHOUT ME KNOWING IT, CHECKING FOR PROBLEMS. IT IS TRANSPARANT TO ME, BUT I KNOW THAT IT'S DOING IT'S JOB. GOOD INVESTMENT. I WILL PUT IT ON MY WIFE'S COMPUTER ALSO, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.

I brought this product along with a new laptop. I installed it, but the computer already had a virus protection on it. Not sure if the product works. No issues thus far.

Several times this year I've gotten a virus even though I had another security program on my laptop. This product gives me peace of mind while using the internet as I was informed this is one of the best security programs there is. No problems since installing it.

I bought this for my mother to protect her on her new laptop from blundering into any viruses, malware and the like. It is easily laid out and simple to operate, fulfilling all that I asked of it. I have not tried to install it on her iPad yet but will do so soon.

I like the ease of installation of this software. I have it on three computers now and it gives me a report when I start them up. The price is better and than most. I am allowed to use this purchase on multiple computers and that is a savings right there.

Not only does it protect my laptop from virus and other unwanted things, it protect my other devices. Haven't had any problems with it and this is my second year using it. Out of all the other devices in my family household, my runs the best with this software.

I was a bit nervous buying something for my daughters new computer that is supposed to protect it for only $20. So far it is working great and it was very easy to install!

Webroot was included with the laptop that we purchased, it was recommended to be used rather than the McAfee. It was easy to install, easy to maintain, light load on the system and have had no issues. I will be renewing this subscription. Nice product.

I feel safe knowing that I have a software in place to help protect me. I also like that there is a little icon that shows up, letting me know the website is safe.

First time using this product. It installed easily and didn't cause any issues when I upgraded to Windows 10. It has been working for a few weeks and no issue so far.
