I was relieved with the ease of installing the Webroot Internet Security the first time. This time, when I needed to renew my protection, it was not as easy. I was told in the store that the protection would start the day of installation, but it did not.When I had problems with the installation, I called Geek Squad and was told that it was already installed. I was told that protection starts when the first one expired. I was told what to do if it did not kick in. It didn't work. I kept getting pop-ups saying that the protection was running out. I had to get help from the Geek Squad again. Both times both men were very helpful. My suggestion to the Webroot Internet Security company is to provide a communication box that states your product has already been installed, and protection will start with the original Webroot expires. I hope this will improve the next time for my renewal.

Seems easy to use but then again I don't go onto any strange sites so not sure if it's doing its job . But I do get updates it's good to have a peace of mind that it's doing its normal virus scanning process. So I can surf the web with a piece of mind

I bundled a recent computer purchase and received this software. I kept getting reminders to activate through email until I completed the download, easy to load.

Very easy to install, Intuitive - no more mother may I, fast scans, very nice so far. Customer support is Outstanding! Just be sure to disable/remove any other anti-virus programs before installation as they may block this or trigger false positives.

I purchased the webroot when I bought my Lenovo all in one touch screen computer and it works really good it lets me know when I sm on the web if there's something harmful to my computer and stop every virus never ever had a virus or my computer never ran slow

Was easy to install. Seems to provide the protection needed. There are some features on Norton that I like better. I will probably switch when my subscription expires.

Would definitely recommend after using, I was impressed with the performance of the product and I was skeptical at first but I was shown to be wrong. Good product.

dowloaded to my son's new computer. install was easy and so far seems to be working fine. I have not noticed any slowdown in the performance of the laptop with this.

This is a valuable product but I purchased a Macbook Pro so this is not something I used on that computer. I did install this on my Dell Desktop and it works well.

I have not had any problems with this antivirius getting in my way on the screen, it was easy to install, and I have not gotten any viruses so thats a win. Whoo!

This security software works well. We got it at a reduced price for all 3 of our laptops and it works fantastic and it was easy to install. Great for the price.

I purchased this security software for my laptop, tablet, and my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phone. The security is superb, and it has proven itself to me over and over again over the last year that I have had it. I highly recommend this security software.

Finally got around to upgrading my laptop for business. Been using MacAfee but seemed to slow system down considerably when scanning. Had Geek Squad moving data over and they recommended this. Been working well so far and doesn't seem to affect speed.

Had my wife, who is not technologically savvy at all, install it herself on her PC. No issues whatsoever. Operates without interfering with speed or other programs.

No complaints. This came with a new laptop that was purchased. So far the setup was easy to follow and installation was like any other. No problems so far has come up so we are glad that this seems to be working properly along with our new laptop.

Easy to install and so simple to use, my old laptop was having a lot of locking up issues and not booting up. When I install Webroot and ran the program it was unbelievable what the program found and fixed. the laptop now works 100% better and no lock ups.

I'm not sure exactly how to fully utilize this software yet, but it was free with the purchase of my laptop and I haven't had any viruses or issues in general with my laptop to this point. So my best guess is that it's doing its job appropriately.

Webroot was presented to me at the time I purchased a laptop. Since the Geek Squad was there to help me out if this new product failed to protect the laptop, I decided to install. I have had NO problems! No pesky interference. Webroot does its job!!
