    Here's the Dilemma - WebRoot needs to access the internet. Normally it doesn't bog things down too much. But, if you need to access a web page in order to access the internet (like, when you are travelling and you're in a hotel) it slows things down a LOT because it won't open the web page to get access, because it doesn't have access.
