I added Best Buy 2-year computer service and just a few bucks more, i added the protection. then it would all fall on them if it does not work.

This is the first time that I have tried the Web Root software, which came free with my new laptop. It did not slow down my laptop, as is the case with other similar type of software. My main concern with Virus Protection software is that it is like the "dog chasing it's tail", when it comes to protecting against new type of viruses. The virus comes out first, followed by the fix. I hope that we will see a new generation of protection software, which proactively will make it much more difficult for new virus to be created and infect computers.

Had been using the family anti virus software but still ended up infested with quite a few viruses. Havent had an issue since I switched!

Performs as promised! My copy was installed at the store, but my daughter installed it herself on her college laptop - super easy to install & it does work! Reasonably priced when you consider it's good for up to three devices.

If it does everything it says it will do then it is a great product. However, it is extremely expensive compared with for example Norton 360 for 3 devices. On my old laptop I always had a free program that captured tracking cookies. I have not yet installed it on this laptop so no way of knowing if it actually does every thing it says it does. I am very careful regarding opening attachments and things that just doesn't look right. However, I have it set to run every night and the number of items including tracking cookies it finds is very low. Makes me a bit uneasy that it is not as effective as other virus scan programs I have used. Not yet convinced so not sure if I will renew once the six month period is up. Gave it five stars for value because I received it free as a courtesy because I had to bring back a defective computer the next day. Checked no I would not recommend to a friend only because I have not used it long enough to know if it does everything it says it does. If I renew after the six months, then I would certainly recommend it to others.

It's great having a piece of mind while surfing the Web on all my devices came free with a recent purchase but plan to purchase when product expires

I had been using Norton products for years. This year, I tried Webroot secure to protect my laptops from virus. I really like their services; especially with the fact I can bring my laptops to BestBuy if I have any problems with them.

We have had computers infected with viruses due to not using Antivirus protection. We learned the hard way and even had an entire computer lock up on us. With Web root we have been totally protected. No problems. .. does the trick!

Good product it does the job that he needs to do it is a very good antivirus better than most that I purchased in the past go and get yours today

I purchased Microsoft Office 365 Personal software and paid a penny less than the price (It was $69.99- I paid $69.98) and received the Webroot Internet Security for free!! A$50.00 savings... awesome bundle! and though the employees were unaware of this promo going on- they were still very attentive and so helpful! When they rang it up the system automatically made it come up correct- but even if it wouldn't have, I showed the employee where i found that special and he was just going to over ride the system to make it right! Thanks, Best Buy!

So far haven't had any issues with this product. I have only had this for a few months so time will tell if it does everything it claims it does

Webroot came free with purchase of new computer. Have never used before but seems to work. Don't even know it's there unlike Norton's Security.

I have been using "Web Root" security program for several months. So far it appears to be doing the job. I have it on 4 different computers, including Microsoft desk top, 2 laptops and 1 MacPro lap top. It was also easy to install.

I am very pleased with this antivirus. So easy to install and I feel much safer having this installed. Not only was I able to have it installed on my new tablet but it also allows me to use it on 2 other devices... great price!

We have used this company before on our computers and had very few issues with viruses while protected with webroot. We have suffered some Spyware problems in the past on one computer while using it but resolved the problem.

This has been really easy to use and it has helped us protect so much of of stuff and we have been able to do so much with it.

What can I say. This product came free with the purchase of the laptop. Don't use it so can't give it a "real" rating. My preference is AVG.

Purchased this product for my business computer. I feel secure knowing the Geek squad has service my computer and keep it up and running safely.

This seems to be working well so far. It hasn't interrupted with multiple annoying messages, and it also gets good reviews from various PC sites.
